Identifying Key Risk Factors in Product Development Projects

In a rapidly changing world, most operational processes of enterprises are conducted in the form development projects. The new products is an important organizational strategy to meet consumer needs. During this process, often encounter many bottlenecks and risks that can cause delays in, even failure of, study, we developed research framework based on relevant literature expert interviews then used decision making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) analytic network process (ANP) determine relationships among importance products. results case study show six key product projects include project completion time, mastery technical capabilities, controlling progress project, uniqueness complexity ability control market, functional integrity product.
